    Hi @mtdas99,

It does sound potentially like a theme or plugin conflict if the issue is purely front-end rather than an unexpected block when the save buttons are pressed.

Do the buttons work when Wordfence is the only enabled plugin with Rehub theme? If so, reenable your other plugins one-by-one until the issue returns to find the source of the conflict.

    Thanks,
    Peter.

Quite late. I checked again and found that the buttons work when Wordfence is the?only?enabled plugin with Rehub theme. I have contacted the theme author and received reply as “because it’s blocking saving to database, so you need to whitelist theme action that saves to database”.

Now please suggest how to achieve this.

    Hi @mtdas99,

If Wordfence and the theme are working together when your other plugins are disabled, we’re not blocking anything. Usually buttons being greyed out or being unclickable are JavaScript conflicts, whereas a Wordfence-branded blocking page when clicking a button would suggest something needs to be allowlisted. If I’ve misunderstood and you are seeing a block, two ways of rectifying that are described here: https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/

If reenabling one of your other plugins causes the behavior to start again, they will need to be made aware to remove any front-end code that conflicts with WordPress’ theme options.

    Thanks again,
    Peter.
