‘save changes’ does not work in Ascend 1.2.3

    I try to change several things in this theme (that I like very much!!!)
    but when I want to confirm/save the changes, it says:
    “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.”
    This problem exists for weeks now and I have ‘tried again’/reloaded at least 100 times…

    changes can be the typed text, the title picture on all pages etc…

  • Hey,

    This sounds like something is blocking the changes from being saved, likely a setting in your server. I would contact your host and request that they increase your max execution time and check for any errors.

    Hi Kevin,

    It seems my host has indeed solved the issue, by changing the running php-version from 7.1 back to 5.6….
