Recently had to re-auth a website that was previously authorized and working.

It’s now showing UA data for a different website.

When I try to set UA to Disabled, and only use the correct GA4 property; neither the Save changes or lock selection buttons are working. I click them and nothing happens.

Have tried in both Chrome and Firefox, doesn’t seem to be a browser issue.

    Any ideas?

Update: it was a plugin conflict issue, unsure of the specific plugin. Disabling all other plugins fixed the issue – then I re-enabled them once the correct property was selected.

    Marked as resolved.

Just curious, do you use any other analytics plugin?

    Hi Alin.

Just in case it’s of interest.

Had to re-authorize your plugin on another site, and so rather than disabling all the plugins like last time (which previously caused one to “reset”), I went through one by one, and found one that was causing the issue (for me).

It’s called “Easy Table of Contents”.

With that plugin enabled, when I try and click the Authorization button I get this error in console:

Thanks for the feedback will definitely help others. From the error that plugin shouldn’t load JavaScript code on a settings page of a different plugin I will look over it and report it to plugin developer if it’s the case. Thanks again gor the feedback I really appreciate it!
