Save Images on Mobile Full Size?

  • Hi I set the option in Global Settings in Image dimensions to 0px and 0px, would this allow me to save images (on mobile) when I click on the image and the Lightbox opens? because so far the only images saved on my phone are not the full size just 1200px

    2. Is there a way to pinch, zoom with finger gestures to zoom into the images when we open the lightbox on Mobile? I can’t seem to be able to do so like on other lightboxes which have this feature.

    Hello @goody317 ,

    In order to be able to download the images properly and with high quality, you will need to enable the download option through the gallery lightbox settings not by trying to save the image directly.
    Here is the option I am referring to , please confirm if the option is already enabled and that you have been downloading through this.

    As for the second question, Unfortunately, the product does not have the mentioned functionality yet. However, the feature you wish to have would be a great addition. So could you please add your suggestion to our Submit Your Idea page?
    Our development team will consider working on this for further updates.
