Hello, on my login page, I use the reCaptcha Pro by BestWebSoft plugin. I use Divi theme and WooCommerce. I have my login information saved and when I try logging in on mobile or tablet, it starts to auto login without the recaptcha square vertified.

Then it denies entry because no recaptcha was verified. Then if I verify the recaptcha first (which is unusual for most to do) it allows me to use the saved login information and automatically logs me in successfully. I use Chrome for an android device. This issue actually happens on both my Android and my kindle. Both use Chrome. I tested the same on safari but it does not seem to do the same thing on safari (ipad mini).

Is there a way to stop the auto login when using saved login information so that the recaptcha can be used? I just need the page to not automatically start logging in after I choose my saved login information. I want the “Login” button to be pressed giving the user a chance to use the required recaptcha verification.

    Hi @adamsatoms

It seems that the auto-login feature is conflicting with the reCaptcha verification process. To resolve this issue, I recommend the following steps:

Update all plugins, themes, and WordPress: Ensure that you have the latest versions of the reCaptcha Pro plugin, Divi theme, WooCommerce, and WordPress installed. This can help resolve any compatibility issues that may be causing the problem.

Check for plugin conflicts: Temporarily disable all other plugins except for WooCommerce, Divi theme, and reCaptcha Pro. Then, test the login page to see if the issue persists. If the issue is resolved, re-enable the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.

Customize reCaptcha settings: In the reCaptcha Pro plugin settings, try adjusting the reCaptcha version or theme to see if this resolves the issue. You can also try using a different reCaptcha plugin to see if the issue is specific to the reCaptcha Pro plugin.

Modify the login form: As a last resort, you can customize the login form by adding a custom JavaScript code to delay the auto-login process until the reCaptcha verification is completed. This would require some coding knowledge or the assistance of a developer.

Give the above steps a try and let’s see if they can resolve the issue for you. Thanks!

    Hi @adamsatoms

It sounds like the issue you’re experiencing may be related to how your browser is handling your saved login information. When you log in to a website and save your login information, the browser will automatically fill in the login fields with that information on subsequent visits to that website. This can sometimes interfere with the behavior of plugins or other site functionality.

You can try above @shameemreza suggestions and see how it goes. If the issue continues, you may want to reach out to the support team for the reCaptcha Pro by BestWebSoft plugin for further assistance. They may have additional troubleshooting steps or a solution specific to the plugin’s functionality.
