Save post or page as HTML, TXT or (in an ideal world) DOC

  • Hi All – Would anyone be interested in developing (for a fee) a plugin which added to posts and pages (at the admin’s option, on a per post, per category or per page basis) links/icons which enable the user to save the given post or page (but without the header, sidebar and footer content) as an HTML, TXT or (in an ideal world) DOC file?

    I’ve seen that a plugin with some of this functionality exists (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/save-post-as-text-and-html/) but it doesn’t seem to work in WP 2.8.

    I’m looking exactly for the same stuff. What u think to collaborate ans share the fee for building up such a plugin?

    I’ve been quoted US$1000 by one developer. It would be great if, say, another two people were interested so we could split the cost four ways. Shall we wait to see if there’s a third taker?
