Save settings instead of Accept all

    Hi there, thanks for this great plugin. I have a question..

    Would it be possible to have the ‘Save settings’ button instead of ‘Accept all’ button as the main button in the settings popup box?

    So if visitors click ‘accept all’ in the cookie-bar all cookies will be loaded but if they go to the settings popup box they can just click ‘save settings’ which then will only enable functional cookies (since analytical cookies and marketing cookies are disabled by default).

    At this moment I only see the ‘accept all’ button appears which forces users to opt-out manually.
