    Hi guys,

Is there a way to save all the invoices and download them into a document? I need them for my accounts. But to present each of them is very time-consuming.
    Please let me know.

    Thank you!

  • Hi @leslieannetd,

You can print the invoices using the bulk actions on the WooCommerce Orders Page on the admin side. Select the orders you want to print and then select ‘Print Invoice’ from the bulk actions.

This will print all the invoices simultaneously and you can save it as one PDF document.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.

    hello there.
i was trying to bulk print all of invoices, dated from january to decemnber.
invoice numbering mis-behave for some resaon:
while the invoice number should be ACCENDING, it’s descending.
    for example:
the newest invoice (december) get #323
while the oldest one (january) gets #635

is there anyway to fix it?

    Hi @orielm,

I can understand your problem. But the thing is, we have not set any flag in our plugin which will store the invoice numbers as per the date on which the order is placed.

We are storing the invoice number in the database when the store admin or customer first prints the invoice. And then, based on the invoice number stored, we are generating the invoice numbers in an incremental manner.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Regards,
