Save to mailbox?

One great feature would be to have an option to make the sent emails be saved to Sent folder of the Mailbox of your desired server.
A lot of people, I think, use this plugin to configure it with their own SMTP server. However, there is something missing, namely, the emails do not end-up in Sent folder, which is normal behaviour, as I learned. However, it would be useful and nice to link the SMTP Server with the Mailbox in your general LAMP installation,
