Save, Update, Preview buttons are not Highlighted

  • Hello,
    Save and Preview buttons are not getting highlighted while creating a new post.
    Update and Preview changes buttons are not getting highlighted while updating the post.
    Those buttons are getting highlighted within few seconds of the opening post editor. I need to save the post within few seconds otherwise, I can not save the post.

    I have disabled all plugins still, the issue persists. So there is no issue with the plugins.
    Please let me know the solution to this issue?
