Save/Update/Publish Buttons Don’t Work (Grayed Out)

    I have this problem with some posts on my blog, but not all.

    While working on a post, the save and update and publish buttons are grayed out and unclickable.

    I’m aware of the workaround where you use the Inspect Element tool to manually remove the word “disabled” but this is tiresome and tedious because you have to do this every single time you want to save or update.

    I’m looking for a permanent fix. Already tried updating WordPress, disabling plugins and clearing cache. Any other ideas?

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Have you tried:
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
    – If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    If the above steps don’t help resolve the issue, try Troubleshooting with your browser: Your browser can help you identify JavaScript issues or conflicts and this article can assist you in doing that diagnosis. This could help identify Visual Editor issues as well.

    In my initial question, I stated I had already disabled all my plugins, and that didn’t work.

    I don’t think it’s a theme-specific issue, because (as I stated in the original question) it’s only some posts and not others.

    When i am creating new pages/ new post i am not able to see the Publish button instead of publish button it’s showing Submit for Review button. when i am clicking on submit for review button it’s giving error Sorry, you are not allowed to edit this post.

    please help me it on live site.
