Hi, it seems like if a user try to make an order using coupon i sent before he made the order the coupon he used in the order is not saved.

For example let say the client used a coupon called “half-price” and when to the order page and not paid.

The plugin send a url that allow to go back to the order but it doesn’t save the “half-price” coupon and the price is full.

Is there a way to fix that and save the copun the user inserted?

    Hello @yydevelopment,

    Thanks for your patience.

We received a response from the dev team and they have confirmed that we are not saving the coupon code applied on the checkout page.

However, In the future, we can introduce an option to add multiple coupons on the checkout page.

    1. The coupons which will be saved in the DB when the cart is abandoned
    2. The auto generated coupons while sending a followup emails.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards,
