Save widget button not working?

  • Hi,

    I’m not able to save a Social Slider widget, whether in JS mode nor in legacy JS-less fallback mode. I hit the save button and exactly nothing happens. Saving of other widgets works as expected.

    Is it only me experiencing this?

  • Hello.

    Open the browser console, then click Save widget. Are there any errors in the console?

    You can also try deleting the widget and creating it again.

    Please update the free plugin to version 1.7.13.
    This issue has been fixed there.
