    Hey Diego,

it hugged a lot of memory and the server was timing out. We contacted our hosting company and the noticed this plug in was the root course. haven’t had an issue since we uninstalled.

@coolpinkice thank you for your answer.

Is is ok for you, please share a copy of your site’s System Status?
You can find it on your website, via WP?Admin?→?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Additionally, we’ll need the fatal errors log WP?Admin?→?WooCommerce?→?Status → Logs
From the dropdown menu select the fatal error log from the date your site crashed.
The same as the status report paste it here in your response.

We’ll try to dig and look for the cause of the issue in your site.

    Best,
    Diego
