save&accept

Hi, I have the same problem as some of its predecessors that I cannot translate the save & accept button and change the color. I’ve worked through that, but their solutions don’t help me.
I don’t have a plugin for translating and I can’t program. Can you maybe give me some code that I just have to paste into my CSS that overwrites the old one.
