Saved image not showing

    Hi I have been using this slideshow for a while and never really had significant problems before. Yesterday I tried uploading new image (previously I had 3 images) and realized that the image doesn’t show up in the slideshow.

    It has been uploaded and saved nicely in the setting page. I have tried re-uploading and removing / deactivating several plugins to see if they actually clash but to no avail. I haven’t tried deactivating all of the other plugins cause I am afraid when I reactivate them, they will ruin my website’s appearance (I don’t know is it even possible? I am just being super cautious :). Kindly help, thanks before!

    Hi thanks for the reply! My website is peekmybook.com. I asked my hosting to help me increase my website’s php memory limit to 196MB few days ago (because I read some forums and this topic appears a lot).

    Hi, do you know if they have increased your memory? Can you add an image now so I can check to see if it is loaded.

    Yes according to them they have increased my memory. Do you think I need to ask one more time? How should I confirm it; by asking the php memory? (Is that the term?) I will be away from my computer tomorrow all day long ?? I will definitely be back to reply you again. Thanks for answering!

    If they say they have increased your memory, then I am sure they have. You can always check to see if they have. There are security plugins here in the repository that provide a report on your current settings including your server specifications.

    Did you add another image to the slide? It would help me to see if it does load up or not. Another option that you might have to carry out which you were hesitant as you mentioned above is to disable all your other plugins except this one and test to see if you can upload more images to the slide.
