  • Hi @folkspoke,

It is possible that this is due to a conflict, do you have any other woocommerce-related plugins installed? Did you recently perform any updates or data imports?

    Hi @folkspoke,

Also, are you using a page-builder such as Divi or Elementor?

@jpowersdev I am using Elementor and “Crocoblock – Jet Woo Builder”. These are really the only two plugins that are woo-commerce related. I was wondering whether the Google Product Feed might have overwritten the tabs as it was trying to generate meta data for Google Shopping/Adwords etc. I would like to upgrade to the Pro version of your plugin but want to find out what could be removing the tabs from individual products first. All of the saved tab content is still there… the “Saved Tabs” have just been removed from all individual products.

    Thanks for you advice!

@jpowersdev I just wanted to point out that the content displays on the front end of the website when the Saved tabs are added in the individual product pages. So I don’t think it is an issue with the Page Builders.

For some reason ALL of my products no longer have the saved tabs under the Custom Tabs section of each product. I will need to go through and add all of the saved tabs again for each product (or purchase the Pro version to do this). Just wondering what could have removed them in the first place?

    Hi @folkspoke,

This issue is beyond the troubleshooting capabilities of the free forums. If you would like us to investigate this further, please contact us using this form.

    Thanks,
    Jon
