Saved Shortcut goes right to Page vs having to log in to WP

We have a WP site that requires employees to log in to view there work schedule which is just a webpage the system uploads to the;

/www/wp-content/uploads/EmpCal folder. its just a page called “Calendar.html” our scheduling software uploads every 2hrs.

So if someone stores a link to the page they can then go to it in the future without having to long into wordpress. I assume I may be storing it in the wrong place or maybe have to do something outside of wordpress like edit the .htaccess file, any suggestions on having it make sure the user is logged into WP before allowing access to the page?
