Saved Year is 11/30/0001?

This plug in appears to be working for posts, but it does not show up on my WP Job Manager. Is there a way to do so? Also, its function does not use the most recent date, it gives me an error 11/30/0001. Is there a way to adjust this? Or where can I find the calendar?
