The plugin has been very helpful in organizing FAQs about ever-changing guidelines for a medical organization during covid. Easy to use, easy to organize by category, easy enough to style if you know CSS. I upgraded to the premium version so I could export the current version to a PDF.
In my haste, I didn’t notice the little tick box about free support for 6 months and for a fee thereafter, until I saw the email from PayPal telling me I’d set up a recurring payment for $17.23 USD. I quickly cancelled it, but did not enjoy the surprise. Still, I give it 5 stars.
