Saves So Many User Account Headaches

I find at least 80% of my current students do not seem to get the account emails, be it spam filters, university grey walls, etc. This makes it so much easier to untangle account set up. Boone rocks! Big fan!

Hah, I just needed this on another site, installed it, and forgot it was by Boone. Can I double the stars? This is functionality that should be in core.
