• Hi,
    I use Popups for Divi and I get a problem while saving my divi page. The message “this saving failed – backup load from server or close ” (not word by word, cause I’m working with the german divi) occures but the page is still saved. The popup is working, but a loading animation is permanently visible.
    If I disable the plugin (Popups for Divi) everything is fine, so how can I fix this?

    It seems like you are using an old version of our plugin. These issues came because of a Divi update around 3 weeks back. You are requested to update your plugin to the latest version (2.3.5).

    Thanks for your offer to get temporary access to your website.

    However, I think we can first check some details without accessing that website:

    * Can you send us a screenshot of that message? It’s okay if it’s in German
    * Also, can you export the page which has problems in Divi (use the portability tool, as seen in the screenshot below)

    Can you then send both files to [email protected] so we can review the message and see if we can find anything unusual in your export file?

    We’ll get back to you via email then.
