Saving Changed Theme Options

Running the latest version of iThemes Security and WP. I can no longer make changes to Theme Options – like removing sidebars by the page – click save and have it actually take effect. After save, the boxes are checked again and the sidebar still appears on the webpage.
Am I the only one dealing with this?
