Saving changes on form redirects to 404 Page

    I am trying to add <input name=”_mc4wp_lists[]” type=”hidden” value=”1bxxxxxx” checked=”true”> to my form but whenever I try to save any changes on the form and list in MC4WP settings the page redirects to https://daniwanders.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailchimp-for-wp-forms&view=edit-form&form_id=183&tab=settings and gives a 404 Page Not Found error and none of the changes are saved

    MC4WP version: 4.8.3
    WP version: 5.7 (but the problem was there even before the version was automatically updated yesterday night)
    PHP version: 7.2.34

    PS: I am using the free version

    This happens only when you add that specific code for list choice, or it happens whenever you try to save any changes to the form?
