Saving changes produces error
-
Hello Sir,
Saving changes produces error. When I save changes the first time, it gives me this error– https://prntscr.com/1079fudSo I think the changes didn’t enter. I then try to save a second time. Then it gives me this message– https://prnt.sc/1079hw3
It doesn’t look like a big deal. But it is deceptive. This means that I keep saving things twice because in the first time, with the kind of error message I’m getting, I’m not really sure if my initial changes were updated.
This is a serious downtime and redundancy for me. I waste multiple clicks simply to save changes. In my 1+ years in WordPress, this is the first time I’m experiencing such thing with any Theme at all.
Why I’m upset is that, I keep thinking it’s network, so I keep re-applying saves that have already been applied. It is becoming a useless waste of my time to simply apply changes.
I’d like to click “SAVE” once, and see that my changes are applied, with the “PUBLISH” button greyed out–as is done in other Themes.
I don’t want to be confronted with a “FAKE ERROR” telling me there’s a problem whereas, the changes have been applied. Then I click again a second time, and it tells me my previous changes–which it complained about, have previously been applied.
What kind of deception, and misleading is that?
Perhaps it’s a bug. Would you mind to fix it?
Needing to hear from you soon.
