Saving Emails to CSV File Not Working

    Hey there,

    Every time I try to export the subscribers list I keep getting a “Failed – Network Timeout” error. Is there a way I can directly download this list another way or from a certain place? The list is large (686) and I’m sure this is part of the reason.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    If the CSV download isn’t working for you then you’ll need to use PHPMyAdmin on your server, accessible via cPanel or similar.

    It is strange though as I’ve just tested and managed to down a list of over 800 without an issue.

    Thanks for the quick reply. I tried it again this morning and everything worked perfectly! Not too sure what was going on yesterday.

    Glad the server sorted itself out, it might have just been a period of heavy load at the time you were downloading the list.
