    PLEASE HELP!!!

I have spent the last week trying to get my website started and have had no success. Here’s what I’ve done so far.

I selected the Financio Theme from your website and installed it. At that time, I was using Elementor as my host. So there were several Elementor plugins that were installed. I couldn’t get the website to update any changes, so I deleted Elementor altogether to find one I knew was compatible with WordPress.

I deleted all plugins and the theme and started over. I reinstalled the Financio Theme and the only plug-in I’ve installed is the Gutenverse plugin that allows full site edits. However, when I make changes to the website and click SAVE, I still get a pink bar across the site that simply says “Saving Failed.”

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have rolled back my version of WordPress to 5.9.3 which is the newest version compatible with the Gutenverse plugin. My host is now BlueHost, which is the platform I selected from your list of recommendations. I contacted them and they told me to contact you.

Please tell me what I need to do to be able to save changes to the site I am building. Right now, nothing I am doing is working. I just want to be able to make and save changes with the Financio theme.

Thank you so much in advance.

    Hi @cynchap,

We need to know few things to be able to replicate the issue.
    1. Could you tell us what changes you did before saving, which part you edit, what block you added, and which template did you you edit? with steps provided is better.
    2. Did you install and use Financio’s gutenverse templates or is it default from the theme?

    Thank you.

    Hi @cynchap ,

We haven’t heard from you for a while.
We will close this ticket for now to make our team focus on what issues to fix first.

Please create a new ticket if you have any other issues.
We would love to hear from you again and help you fix your issues.

    Best Regards.

I’m having the same issue! I'm receiving a "Saving Failed" error when updating certain blocks within the Startupzy theme. I'm using the Gutenverse plugin. I can update only a few blocks. When I try to update several others, I receive the Saving Failed error. I contacted Bluehost and they told me that they had to 'delete the CDN so that once propagation is completed your issue is fixed.' I was told that it could take anywhere from 0-48 hours. Is this true? Is this really the issue? I still can't save. It's been an hour but I just have a feeling that's not the problem so I wanted to obtain a second opinion here.
