Saving files to the wp-uploads or similar folder

Hello Michael,

I read https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-contact-form-7-to-database-extension-database-entries?replies=19&post-3419018 but this is 4 years old so am hoping has this been brought into production.

I am hoping to not store files in the DB but on the server / or AWS or somewhere else as I have a form that allows images to be uploaded that can be up to 5mb each. The database is becoming huge!

Is there a way to do this in order to keep database size as low as possible?
