Saving; JSON error

  • Hello,

    I’m trying your plugin/ shortcode and land an error when saving the page:
    ‘Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.’

    The front-end says:
    ‘Go to your backend and find “eaSYNC Booking” on the sidebar and click “Settings” then click the “General” and click “Hotel Booking or click “Advance” and enter needed information”

    – Paypal credentials’

    Does this mean I cannot use the plugin without PayPal?

    I’d prefer to just take bookings, no payments.
    Is that possible?

    With regards to your issue on the saving error. We would like to inform you that it is necessary to have Paypal when using the plugin.

    We want to ask if what you mean about “no payments” is about other online payments or direct cash method?

    Thank you for your response.

    ‘No payments’ would mean:
    People book a room, but don’t pay online, and yes, COD, they only pay once they arrive at the hotel.

    Until then I, the owner, would block the room manually, contact the guest by email or phone to confirm their booking. Inform them of the total price, and they will pay at check-in.
