Saving modified settings no longer works.

The only way to make it work for WP recent versions is to modify entries directly in “comment-form-quicktags.php”, which is rather easy.

I am trying to change the buttons directly in “comment-form-quicktags.php” as Cyp Luraghi but I can’t find what I have to change. Any help please?

You can modify thing from line number 100, like this for example :
