saving new pages and uploading media

  • My wordpress site has been running OK for months now.
    The last 3/4 days, I get the following error when trying to upload new media (via browser or flash), or whwn making simple change to a page and trying to save.

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    HTTP error when Crunching….

    I have spoke to my host and they said it has nothing to do with their server.

    Any ideas?
