saving order and clear cart

i am using Ready! Ecommerce in 2 of my sites
and i integrate it with bank payment method , i used paypal template to do this
the process is successes but when bank order back to my site order not all times saved to admin order page
and also cart is not empty
please tell me code to save order and also to empty cart after success
