Saving page and content disappears

  • Hi all,

    I am having a very weird issue whereupon as I save my page after adding images and content, the content then disappears.

    I have deactivated every plugin but I’m still having the issue. I run wordpress on lots of sites on my host and the others don’t have the issue.

    I have read of people facing this problem but no solution I have found yet.

    Any help much appreciated.

  • Have you tried:

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    I’ll give it a try thanks.

    Its a theme I’ve created myself, I make many often and never come across this issue. I’m trying to work out whether it’s related to the new version as it seems to have started happening now that I’ve updated to it.

    My next move after your is to go back to the previous version
