Please advise if there is a way to save the search results after doing a search using the Search widget.

I would like users to be able to do a search and then return to those results the next time they login.

For example, if they do a search for “Sports” events in “Los Angeles”, I would like them to be able to return to those same results.

    Thanks

unfortunately this isn’t possible at the moment and don’t have ready snippet for this But you can make it possible by custom php coding.

    eg. please check events-manager/templates/templates/events-search.php

Ok, understand. As I don’t have any coding experience, do you know of any Search widgets that would do this? I have found some that will do a single taxonomy (baseball) search, and then present a “results” page, but not any that will do both a taxonomy and meta (City, “Los Angeles”) search together.

Is it possible then to set the “results” page, so each user can return to their “results”?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hiya,

I’m not aware of any plugin that can do that I’m afraid – you’d have to look at some sort of bookmarking solution tied to user profiles I suspect.

    Thanks,
    Phil
