Saving settings flips Opt-out message to plain text

    The title says it all. When I save settings the html is stripped out and all I’m left with is a plain text message. No buttons etc. Is it me or is this a bug?

    I’m using the latest version and accessing the settings page using Chrome in case that’s relevant.

    Editing the page and re-inserting the HTML only lasts until the Save Changes button is clicked.
