Saving Share This settings logs me out of WordPress Admin

Yes, I’m using WordPress version 3.3.2 and the browser is Firefox version 13.0

I tried using sharethis plugin on wordpress 3.3.2 .
It seems to be working fine.
Can you please try re-installing the latest plugin(5.0.1) from here:
https://support.sharethis.com/customer/portal/articles/446440-wordpress-integration

and please let me know if it still doesn’t work for you.

I’ve just installed the most recent version of the Share This plugin (v.5.0.1) and am experiencing the same issue. It logs me out when I try to save the settings. Perhaps it is a quirk with my setup, which is a shame as it looks like a great plugin,

Can you please make sure that you’ve admin rights since admin rights are required to install the plugin and update the settings?

Yes, I login as the administrator in the WordPress dashboard. The only issue with my install is that i have to update my htaccess file in the root manually. Could this be a possible cause?
