Says connected but not connected to discord?

  • Hi,

    My registered users connected to discord via paid membership pro but it doesn’t actually connect to the server. I tried reinstalling plugin, recreating new bot, activate/deactive plugin etc. Nothing works.

    what went wrong?

    • Is the member not joining the Discord server at all?
    • Or is the member joining the server but not getting the Discord role mapped to their PMPro level?
