Says Emails Sent, but Didn’t

Hello, I have free Premium and I recently (today, 1/23/21, 4:33pm) sent an email (ID591), and the system shows a successful sending, but I did not receive the email (as a subscriber), and there are zero opens. Here is what I am seeing:
