says i have to renew my license

  • I just installed it, got my key and it says I have to renew. It’s a brand new key, you just emailed it to me. Waste of time. 2 stars.

    When you register a new account, you are given a free trial license for 1 week with full functionality of the service.

    Perhaps you have registered an account before and the trial license has already expired. Or maybe there was some mistake on our side.
