Says it replaced but strings still appearing on the site

  • I run the search & replace and at the end it says it made the change on a number of tables and cells but then I go to the site’s front-end and the strings are still appearing. I don’t have any caching plugins enabled and I tried clearing my browser’s cache, but they still appear.

    What could it be?

    Pretty late answer here, but please make sure that you have unticked Dry run and check for Save changes to Database when do search and replace ??
