    Once I put in the correct information, the process seemed to work just fine. When the process was over, I got the response that the migration was successful, blah, blah, blah…. But, the files and folders were nowhere to be found. Then, my request for support ended up with an AI response that just sent me to a set of Q & A’s that had nothing to do with my issue. Where did the files go? Where are the humans? — I just want my files, and I just want real live human help.
