    Hi,

Before version 6 there was an option Disable mobile layout setting. Above version 6 you can manage that via the feed layout settings. However, I think there is a migration issue. I have a feed which is currently running in 6.1.5 but is not acting responsive, no matter what I change. What I do see; it has the class in the #sb_instagram element sbi_disable_mobile. I think this is the class that is connected to the setting prior version 6. Am I correct this is a bug?

See this feed in the footer of the page. On mobile screen it’s not changing to a proposed 3×8 layout, it keeps showing the desktop layout, which is 8×3: https://monjolisourire.fr/

    Thanks!

    Hi @demian85,

Thank you for contacting us! In some cases there can be issues with the settings from “legacy” feeds not working correctly after you update to version 6.0+. Please try going to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > All Feeds, click Add New, recreate this feed in the newer interface, and then edit the page where you are displaying the Instagram feed to use the shortcode for the new feed you created. That should be in this format: [instagram-feed feed=1] . Then check if the mobile layout settings work correctly on this new feed.

I hope this helps! If this does not resolve the issue or if you need any other assistance, please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Louis
