Scale showing tmi

    Another issue I ran into:

    When I used a form “Scale” my “1. Label” showed up as “I’ve never touched a computer in my life! Select a value from a range of 1,I’ve never touched a computer in my life!, to 10,I’m a professional computer geek!,.

    It looks like it is repeating a tooltip as well as the label.

    Here’s the Form.
