“-scaled” extension is buggy!

I often experience issues with the “-scaled” postfix to large images.

For instance, I had an issue today where running wp media regenerate failed because it failed to find the image. If I went into WordPress Media and found the image, I could see it was clearly there. The “File URL” and “File Name” even had the -scaled.jpg postfix.

However, wp media regenerate would fail with: Warning: Can't find "Image Name" (ID 191697).. I went into the wp-content/uploads folder and renamed the file so it didn’t have the “-scaled” postfix, and then ran the wp media regenerate 191697 again, and then it worked successfully.
