    Hello,

Since many updates to my WordPress site, I can no longer scale my images in my sliders. When I try to scale it to what my webmaster had told me to scale it to, the image is too big for the slider. This is so annoying. Please help.

If slider is a feature of your theme, you need to identify exactly which theme you are using and then post in that theme’s dedicated forum via its page in the Theme Repository.

    – If this was a custom theme, you may have to go back to your developer team and ask them to make the necessary change(s) to the theme.
    – For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.
    – As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

I am not sure I am understanding. My developer told me that I can consult this forum. I am a client of WordPress since I have purchased a WordPress site. I no longer have a business relationship with the developer and I am hosting elsewhere because he was always having issues with his server. I would like to know how I can get assistance for something so irrelevant. No one else has responded other than a moderator here. Do you filter the requests?
