Scalling of map not availible by mouse

Have you tried to deactivate all your plugins and see if this issue persists? I have checked this feature on a fresh WordPress install and works. You can check as well to change the theme to a default one from WordPress and see if works.

I deactivated all plagins not except Intergeo but the problem is stay.
The developer did some changes in code may be.
Any case thanks for helping.
