Scam?

I believe this to be a scam. I paid $99 for the “bundle”, AND I paid $39 for election campaign pro. I never received a license to activate this template. No one responds to my emails. I am now trying to report this as a scam to my credit card company. WordPress should not put buytemplates themes on their site and hold theme makers to higher standards. This appears to be a scam.
