• Is it a scam ?
    I reached the team by email the 14/02/2023 to cancel my subscription (3886) because there are no other ways to cancel it even on our Cartimize dashboard. No one answered me, and i’ve been charged.

    I would like a refund. Cartimize team, please keep me update on the situation.

    It’s been one week now and i still did not receive a refund + my subscription is still active on my cartimize account (screen https://ibb.co/0ZQy46w)

    I just checked and see that the refund has been issued. Please check your bank account. Give it a few days for it to reflect.

    It’s been 10 days and still nothing on my bank account. I begin to think your plugin is a scam. Could you please check again, I’ll delete my post once the case is done.
