• I trusted this company for our business to send SMS to our team and customers. I paid for their tokens and created a campaign and sent it. The test campaign said it was sent and never arrived. The main campaign said it was sent and never arrived to any team members or customers. I reached out to their company and they said they would try to resolve within 48 hours. 48 hours later – NOTHING! i emailed them again as they will always refer you to their support and never work with you in this space to resolve issues openly so they can mark everything RESOLVED when it is really not resolved at all. They are building fake resolutions and ratings which I should have taken as a red flag when they send everyone somewhere else to get help that is never delivered. I explained to them that is they could not fix the delivery issue that they could just issue a refund and I would find another provider. After 72 hours they simply sent me an email back that says that the system works. I immediately contacted Paypal to file and fraudulent service dispute. I have told them that no ones cell phone on our team has received an SMS and neither have any customers and their resolution was to tell me it works. This company is a SCAM and I warn any reputable companies to stay away. We are located in the USA. I will not recommend this company to anyone I know in this country or abroad in other territories where we do business. Use at your own risk.

    However, our support team has been actively solving your problem. As Easter holidays were present at this time, responses from operators were delayed by several days.

    Promo messages in the US are very complicated, there are a lot of restrictions (filtering of the URL shorteners, for example), it is very difficult to estimate whether the message will not be caught in the filter. But this is a problem in the whole US, it is not only the problem of our system. If messages are not delivered in this way, we must check with the operator, which also happened to your ticket, and our support team immediately sent you the response which they have received from the operator.

    However, we are currently trying to find another route for promo messages. It is currently in the testing phase.

    Credits for your undelivered messages have been refunded to you, of which you received an email notification.

    Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we definitely do not think it is necessary to call our module (or company) as scam, your problem has been actively processed.

    We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with our services, but our team has done the maximum for you, unfortunately we cannot influence US restrictions and the time of operator′s response.

    At the same time, we would like to point out that the fact that our clients are reliant on sending tickets directly to our support team is due to the fact that it is necessary to share personal information – telephone numbers, registration emails, etc.
