SCAM. HORRIBLE SUPPORT!

  • After almost a year of emails back and forth, I pretty much got exhausted with excuses, broken fixes, and short answers. Total frustration. I reported the transaction as fraudulent. Never got my issues fixed and doubt I will get my money back. Their communication or should I say lack of was so slow I even forgot about them for a while.

    Please do NOT deal with this seller.

    I purchase the plugin activator with gold premium plan and its not working it’s fake and the support does not respond to emails and they have a fake auto answer phone with unknown language
    I sent many emails to support and the auto reply respond only.

    I have been sending for your support and no answer
    when i active the plugin activator internal server error shows up even with fresh wordpress installation

    damn if the author isn’t supporting why not just take it down why go through the headache of people trying to use it then contacting and bugging to know avail?
